Introducing the Shorebreak from 3C Discs - the result of two years of research and development. We've combined the best features of a throwing approach disc with the feel and depth of a putting putter to create a versatile overstable putter. The Shorebreak resists torque, offering a consistent straight flight and a predictable fade. This means that it can handle any amount of power you put behind it, even in windy conditions. When thrown softly, the Shorebreak is highly controllable, ensuring that it lands precisely where you want it to. With its comfortable feel and predictable overstability, it's an excellent choice for putting as well as approaching the basket and throwing off the tee box.
The Shorebreak is crafted using a unique compression molding technique that imbues it with qualities not found in most conventional golf discs. We use only ultra-premium materials that offer unbeatable weather resistance, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and grip. Even in wet weather, you can trust the Shorebreak to stay put. The compression molding process also imparts memory into the disc, enabling it to return to its original shape and retain its flight characteristics even after high impacts. The Shorebreak absorbs much of the energy upon impact and does not bounce off objects very far, so it really sticks when it hits the chains.
The Duro 94 is a specific type of ultra-premium material that we use for the Shorebreak. It's a bit firmer than our Duro 90, but it feels gummy and offers excellent energy absorption. It has all the firmness to retain its shape and hold up well during throws. If you prefer soft putters and need a disc with a lot of forgiveness, you'll love the Duro 94 material.
We've produced Shorebreak prototypes in Duro 94 and Midnight color, and we're currently testing other firmer materials and colors to be released in the future. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting new line from 3C Discs. #3CShorebreak
