The Swell is 3rd Coast Discs’ straight-flying rubber disc golf putter, designed for control, precision, and a clean release. It complements the ShoreBreak with a thinner feel and sharper bottom bevel while maintaining a comfortable, balanced grip.

The Swell is built to hold the line you put it on with minimal fade, making it useful for putting, straight approaches, and controlled tee shots through tight gaps. It is a strong choice when you want the disc to stay on its release angle rather than fight out early.

Totality Line Rubber

Our Totality Line is made from ultra-premium industrial-grade rubber using a compression-molding process. The material is engineered for durability, weather resistance, abrasion resistance, and a secure tacky grip—even in wet conditions. Compression molding also gives the disc shape memory, helping it return to form after impact while absorbing energy to reduce unwanted skips and bounce.

Durometer

We use the Durometer A scale to describe the firmness of our rubber blends. A higher number means a firmer feel. Select the available weight and durometer combination that best fits your preference.

an aptly named disc!

I think that the Swell is an aptly named disc -- not only is it an appropriate name for a 3rd Coast disc, but I think the disc itself is pretty swell. For me, over and over again, this flies incredibly straight, just like I'd hope for from a 3/3/0/0 disc. In the 90A rubber, it's stiff enough to throw easily while still being soft enough to really stick in place when it hits the ground -- a nice balance. This is making the Swell absolutely perfect for straight approach shots for me, certainly within 200 feet. It's already making my rounds more fun and probably saving at least a stroke per round from a closer approach that I no longer need to putt. Highly recommend giving this one a try, and I'm looking forward to what comes next!

I bew putting putterat girst wanted these as a throwing putter but

I at girst wanted these as a throwing putter but after giving them a few putts at the basket I soon realised that I want them as my main putters. The feel is amazing and they feel like they grip chains better than a normal soft plastic putter! Love them so much!
